Hi, whenever I try to log in to Portal, I'm getting asked to enter code from phone that I'm texted. I've entered it 6+ times and it keeps looping. I need to enter the portal to cancel the subscription. Please help!

@Samiha_amin First thing, tape the v in a circle at the top right of your post and edit out your email address as this forum is not private. Are you cancelling in order to change providers? Bear in mind that to keep your phone number you should not cancel your Public Mobile account, it needs to be active in order to port your number. If you don't need to keep your number then you can ask customer service to help by opening a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, or if that doesn't work then send a private message to support using this link

You could also try using a different browser, or uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

@Samiha_amin this is a public forum so everyone can see your personal info that you shared (included email address). Please click on the very small circle with the "v" to edit your post and remove you email address.
As for your issue, are you trying to sign in on the website? If so, try using another browser or clearing your browser's cache or signing in incognito. You can also try signing in to the PM app on your phone
