It was estimated more than one week that my cell phone can not dial out or receive a call, but it can send out and receive text messages, I switched my sim card to my wife's cell phone for a test, my sim card on my wife's cell phone works without any problem. My current subscription plan is "25$ monthly,3G speed, 1GB data",

After yesterday public mobile agent made some changes on their side, beside the public mobile icon on my phone there are LTE characters showing up, I think it was connecting 4G, but it still can not dial out or receive a call, sending and receiving text messages are still ok, I received several voice message notification call from 1-647-580-4001 , but when I dialed this number to listen to the voice messages, it failed to dial in. Last night, I also switched my wife's sim card to my cell phone for a test, it was still not working, my wife's cell phone is Google Pixel 7 and installed sim card of public mobile two years ago.

FYI, I also did a research on my phone(huawei p40 lite , model No.: JNY-LX1, OS: EMUI 12.0.0.295(C432E5R6P2)), VoLTE is defaulted enabled, for 4G/LTE the bands in the list below are supported, but my phone is not in the below list of devices certified for VoLTE on Public Mobile. Is this the cause of my problem?

LTE: b1 (2100), b2 (1900), b3 (1800), b4 (1700), b5 (850), b6 (800), b7 (2600), b8 (900), b12 (700), b17 (700), b18 (800), b19 (800), b20 (800), b26 (850), b28 (700), b34 (2000), b38 (2600), b39 (1900), b40 (2300), b41 (2500), b66 (1700 MHz)

My phone is huawei p40 lite, it was bought for a couple of years and had been working fine for several years till recently, actually I didn't find the volte option from my phone, someone online said I need upgrade to 4G, then the volte option would be shown up, so yesterday I was trying to change my subscription from 25$ monthly,3G speed, 1GB data to 25$ monthly, 4G speed, 10GB data, but when I selected Change now option and pressed the deduct money button, it always showed " Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."; When I selected the Change on Renewal option and pressed confirm change button, it was showing "loading" till my session was timed out, can you please help me do this subcsription plan change? Thanks

Which phone model do you have?  I suspect that this could be result of changes to the 3G network.  In some areas, you'll need band 2 (1900MHz) to use the 3G network.  If you're phone isn't capable of connecting to that network and if your phone doesn't have VoLTE, there won't be any voice service.  I suspect that you're wife's cell phone might be using VoLTE for phone calls.
