Stuck on "Install eSIM"

Hello I am trying to install an eSIM through the public mobile app. "Activate Subscription" works fine, but then it gets stuck on "Install eSIM" regardless of how long I wait. I would like to speak to an agent to receive assistance.

Reboot phone, relogin app and try again

also, check if the PM esim already installed (Settings->Cellular screen) and enable it

if you need PM, open ticket.  

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
