when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

it's been known to take 3 weeks or more to get the sim via Canada Post if ordered from Public Mobile. Alternative...order from Amazon for fast delivery. If you or friend has a Prime account...free delivery within days.
