I got a public mobile SIM card yesterday. I was with Sasktel paid off my whole contract and my last bill with them. Followed the correct steps do the number transfer. I got the text and responded yes. It’s still showing my Sasktel account is active. I can’t receive calls it goes straight to vm and when I call my email shows up . I need some help

Yes I did that yesterday ! Called Sasktel as well they are saying my service is still active. But I responded to the yes text message

It seems you have done the porting process correctly. Contact a CS_Agent to complete the porting.

@megs_b Have you removed the Sasktel sim and replaced with PM sim? Reboot and reset network settings. If e-sim, make sure pm sim is set to primary. Hope this helps
