It was estimated more than one week that my cell phone can not dial out or receive a call, but it can send out and receive text messages, I switched my sim card to my wife's cell phone for a test, my sim card on my wife's cell phone works without any problem. My phone is huawei p40 lite, it was bought for a couple of years and had been working fine for several years till recently, actually I didn't find the volte option from my phone, someone online said I need upgrade to 4G, then the volte option would be shown up, so yesterday I was trying to change my subscription from 25$ monthly,3G speed, 1GB data to 25$ monthly, 4G speed, 10GB data, but when I selected Change now option and pressed the deduct money button, it always showed " Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."; When I selected the Change on Renewal option and pressed confirm change button, it was showing "loading" till my session was timed out, can you please help me do this subcsription plan change? Thanks

Which phone model do you have? I suspect that this could be result of changes to the 3G network. In some areas, you'll need band 2 (1900MHz) to use the 3G network. If you're phone isn't capable of connecting to that network and if your phone doesn't have VoLTE, there won't be any voice service. I suspect that you're wife's cell phone might be using VoLTE for phone calls.
