how do you get a ticket. i was locked out of my account cause i forgot my security password.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will reset for you,

  • please include in your message,
  • phone number,
  • account 4 digit pin,
  • Email address,

@Marie_  If you have trouble opening ticket for password reset using Chatbot, follow this will get you to ticket open screen quicker

 

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Do you know if you ever created a Self Serve account? IF not, you can register for one here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/portal/activation

 

Did you have more than one security question set up?

IF so, wait about 1/2 hour, as your account locks up with too many failed attempts, then open a tab in incognito mode and try again.

 

 

If still issues getting into your account, as CSA for help...
