I have been trying Nov and Dec to get the $34.00. Month subscription and the app and online service is treating me like I don’t have an account. Even after I logged in it say register. Thought there was a public site issue or overload over Xmas. Still won’t recognize my account and the plan is now not available anyway. Not very happy as I tried for a long time. I have another account for my daughter that I also pay for and was able to switch hers but not mine.

Yes I have always been able to sign into my account no problem. I have been a customer for about 7 years. I have the eversafe login already

Were you able to access your account before? How long have you been a customer? Public mobile did change to the everSafe login system earlier in 2023. If older customers, you had to create a new Eversafe login.

@K-Dawgz So are you paying for 2 PM accounts /plans ?? If so and you only have access to one of those accounts please submit ticket with support to help you gain access to the second account
