This was a question I asked when I joined PM.
It will costly to maintain and update an app which will increase plans cost.

Telus , who owns PM, is not a business that like App a lot. Koodo used to have one but Telus "killed" that couple years ago
But with the current My Account a Mobile friendly site, you can save the link and "Add to Home screen". You can then easily click on the link from your home screen and it will act almost like an app. Afterall, many apps these days are just a wrapper of the mobile sites

Public Mobile's re-boot of it's self-serve site is definitely more mobile-friendly than it's predecessor.
At least we've got that.

Some people find it useful to put Public Mobile as a bookmark on their homepage though 😉

No mobile apps for Public mobile.
There are no plans for mobile app. Public mobile is a low cost, no frills type of mobile company. To keep costs lower, extras like mobile apps are not offered.
