I ordered and recieved a phone from you but there was no sim card with the phone and no sim card has come. How do I get the sim card?

the link to private message an agent does not have any place to actually create or send a message. How do I actually get to connect with a person who can answer my questions and deal with the issue?

If there's a Telus / Kodoo kiosk in a mall near you...call 'em and see if they have a sim. If so, buy it, then ask CSA to credit your account for the cost of the sim.

@veeb yes, they should definitely send you the new sim card as well
do you need the sim card for activation? PM will likely send you back the sim card, but it might take them long, could be as many as 3 weeks. So, , it might be better to get a new sim card from local Telus or Koodo stores.
To open ticket with PM Support to ask for the sim card
