@pangolin Unless both accounts got PM's text with the offer and responded back YES in the suggested time frame, then the other account does not qualify to receive the free gifts. PM did not send that text offer to everyone in BC/Alberta unfortunately. Not all of our household accounts received it either.
Edit: Sorry should have also said if both accounts received the text and responded back in time, then definitely do as suggested by @cellphoneuser1 and contact moderators to add the missing gifts.
