I missed to response the message when ported my phone. Right now I'm unable to receive any text messages and incoming calls but outgoing calls work fine. Would you please send me the phone number for fixing the issue. Thanks

You will need to supply your account number from your old provider to port in your number when you call the telephone department or if you contact customer support to request a port of your phone number.
