I have been with public mobile for over 2years why am I not getting the proper discount

i have not switched to points,its still at a 1$ but it says underneath there is a 3$ credit

On your 13 th month you save $1. per month 

On your 26 the month you save $2 per month.

And so on.

You should be able to see on My Rewards $2 credit for loyalty unless you switched to Points.

when you have been with public a year you get a 1$ discount every 30days, for each year it goes up a dollar.

did you make a Change plan now plan change lately?

did you use Lost/Stolen on My Account lately?
