Hello! I was part of the old PM rewards for a long time. But I don’t see the "240gb loyalty bonus data" under “Add-ons usage”. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Sorry, but once the plan downgrade has been performed, the data add-on has been forfeited. Changing back to the previous plan won't restore the data add-on.

As per @will13am if you lowered your plan, they will take it away. However, if you didn't lower your plan, please click on the bubble in the bottom right corner and create a ticket. Also, if you did lower your plan, you can also share your concern for the loss of data as the gift was given to you for your loyalty, not the monetary plan amount.

@Maru07 , by chance did you downgrade your plan? If you did, the bonus data drops off immediately.
