to transfer from Koodo Prepaid, you have to activate a line with PM with a new number first
once the line is activated, you can then open ticket with PM support and they will need to be involved for the transfer
When the new PM account is created and working, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
