I try to login but the verification options I get are only text message of the code to the lost phone or voice message to the same phone . Now what??

Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID

yeah It doesn't give me the 'send email' option only the other two . I have sent a message now to customer service and hopefully they can help.

If you know the email password you can request the code to be sent there instead. Click on didn't get this code? If you can't request that, send a message to an agent at the link below for assistance.
