lost my phone, cant get into my account, and got new sim card....NOW WHAT? Help!

I recently lost my phone along with the public mobile sim card that was in it, I can not get into my Public mobile account, due to the security code being sent to my phone, (which i dont have), i went out and got a "new sim card" but, how on earth can i use this new sim card to get my cell phone number that i had on my old one? and how do i get back into my account???

Once you are in your account. Go to Profile>Change SIM Card Number.

Select the option that says that you didn't get the code and select the option to have the code sent to your e-mail account.
