login - over charge payment

hi, i transfered my nymber and wanted to cancel ore authrised payment. byt my account has beed disabled and i am not able to login any more. 

please let me know how i can secure my card from being charged,,,,,

As soon as you port out your number your PM account is Closed forever, all benefits and any credit balance lost.

You cannot log in anymore nor account can be recovered.

In most cases extra charge does not occur.

@kimiakebriti   no extra work needs to be done.  PM won't charge you again.

Once account is transferred (ported), your PM account will then be closed , that's why you cannot login again.   As account is now closed, PM won't charge you anymore

If you are worry,  just monitor your credit card transaction.
