Want to keep the currant sim card with new phone

Just so that I completely understand this; I am upgrading to a little better phone and would just like to transfer everything, including the PM acct to the new phone.So, I can just transfer the sim over? Is that correct? I know I'm grabbing at straws here but, will that also transfer all the settings and apps over.

Assuming that the newer phone takes the same size sim card you just take sim out of old phone and put in in the new one. All should start working. If not restart the phone.

@stefdav55   yes, you are right.  that is the beauty for using sim card

Just move the sim card to the new phone and you are connected!!

Sorry, not for apps or data on the phone.  New phone these days should have some migration app to help.  Like Samsung comes with Smart Switch app, just install it on both old and new and follow the steps and it will copy the apps and most data from old phone to new
