I accidentally cleared out my phone number and managed to delete my esim. Can anyone help me to try to restore my phone number and esim? Right now, it shows SOS but no public mobile service

Are you using the app or the web to purchase? Not sure why it will not let you proceed to pay. Maybe log out and back. There is no live rep it's just creating a ticket for someone to contact you back when they are free.
If still not working use this link instead to send a private message. It could be a few hours tomorrow to a few days for a response this way.

I found the place you are talking about on the page, but when I try to click the purchase button it will not proceed. I tried to use the chat system, but it is completely automated and there was no way for me to speak with a customer service representation

@Sarah05 If you deleted your esim, then you have to purchase another one by downloading the public mobile app. Esim are $5.00. Once you get a new one, your phone number should be restored. If it's still not restored , use the chatbot to contact public mobile for assistance.
