i cant log into my self serve account says my email or password is incorrect

Have you ever created a self serve account before @mbollella59 ? If not you can register for one here:

Note: If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.

If you tried too many incorrect password, your account will be locked for one hour.
You can try again in approximately one hour and then reset your password.
