Hello, I forgot my account password, then I tried to reset said password, but I didn't receive an email until a long while later, so the link expired - now the error message states to contact Public Mobile because the account is still locked... Any help is appreciated.

Turn on email notification of private messages. As you discovered account resets are time sensitive.
Open a new thread if your cellular service goes down.

yes that's what I did but it didn't recognize my email and keep saying my email doesn't match.
