I ordered a SIM card on November 5,2016. I got an email from my another email address(wsf08@hotmail.com ), the email shows my card is on the way. But I haven't got it yet.

Order another sim card. You should get it within few days.

Once you get it, send private message to one of the mod with both order numbers. They will be able to give you sim refund and also honor you with that promo plan.

I got my confirmation and shipping email from customerservice@publicmobile.ca Not sure about the Hotmail. com Seems a little weird you should contact a mod here is the infor for that
