I need PUK code.
I already chatted with Agent about it but I don’t know if I can get it or not.

what message is your cellphone showing with regard to PUK ? If it's asking for the sim PUK number...you'll need Customer Support for that.
If message says Sim Network Unlock PUK, then your cellphone is locked to previous network. Public Mobile Customer Support can't help with that issue...you need to contact previous cell network to unlock your cell.

@NoriT if you spoke with an agent they should have resolved it. What did they say when you chatted with them? Did, you check your inbox for the reply?
