Im locked out of both mine and my sons accounts for over a year now!!! cant reset passwords anything and ive been trying everything, I cant change plans or payment options or anything! ive been a customer for over 15 years and have 4 seperate subscriptions with public within my family alone, Please HELP me get back into these accounts or i will have to change providers. I cant even keep my phone number to another provider. Are their not laws in place for this ?

HI @chris_mezin PM changed to EverSafe last year.  if you have not locked in for over a year, I am afraid you need support agent help with getting all 4 account access back.  But no worries, they can help,   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
