Did you try the button FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If yes and nothing helped you need to reach the moderator here for help..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days. Be patient. if you need to top up your account you can use the 611(with a credit card in your account) Or with voucher.

You could try using a different browser or use incognito mode.  Also you can reset your password.

Resetting your Self-Serve password

 

If you forget your password, there’s no need to worry. You can create a new one by following these simple steps:
