Good afternoon,
When I log into My Account it does not list my phone number under profile. When I attempt to update my phone number I get a message telling me that the this number is already linked to an Ever Safe account. I need assistance in getting all of my information updated into one place so that I can update my payment information.

try login My Account using Incognito mode and it should be there
and it might not be important, PM system is one phone number for one account,if you can login, your phone number must be linked
but if you like, you can ask PM to confirm.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
