issues signing my husband up - only shows SOS in top right corner

I signed my husband up last night and tried porting his phone number over. I transferred my mom over and she was active in 1 hour. But I started last night at 10 for my husband and almost 12 hours now and he still has no service. My set up was done in minutes. Help? He's at work with no phone and I don't know how to help him? I do get a weird A1 message when I sign into his account on his phone... is there a phone number to call?

Try restarting the phone with SIM card out of the phone then put back in a see. It still no service try SIM in your phone it still nothing.

Hi @Shnefany 

This may sound silly but...  take out his SIM card and place it into your phone and then reboot. Sometimes SIM cards can be finicky. If this works, then you can put it back into his and reboot his phone.

Also, have you confirmed his number was actually ported? If you place the old service providers SIM in the phone, does it still work?
