Tried to activate a new service, and the App says I need to contact a support agent to port a number from Koodo. It asks me to login, then shows a blank screen, with the word "Done" in the top-right corner. Nothing else. So tried it through the website, which only offers one option after signing in: "Continue with registration?". When I select that, it returns an error (number "XXXXX") (Does nobody test this stuff?). I can nowhere find a number to call, and cannot proceed either through the App or the website. What now?

hi @Scooter22 to port from Koodo prepaid, you have to activate with a new number first. Once it is activated, you will need to submit ticket and ask agent to help port from Koodo prepaid
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Scooter22 , you need to initiate a support ticket to complete the number port from Koodo prepaid. Use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of this webpage to initiate a support ticket.
