Hi Team,
Am a new user, activated esim thru online, but am able to make calls but not able to receive the calls, looks the calls are receiving by another person, hope same number allocated to two different users, please let me know I can contact customer to report this problem?
when am trying to contact support agent, OTP is being send to another user and am not receiving it, so not able to reach out to customer agent also, please help to resolve this issue asap..thank you.

hi @Prudviraj you activated with a new number? it is not unusual that the system might have given out an already assigned number to you.
you can change to another new number yourself if you can login My Account, ot you have to message support agent for help

@Prudviraj When logging in you can select Didn't Get The Code and there should be an email option to get the 2fa. Once logged in you can change your phone number to a different one. If you still need to contact customer service open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If that doesn't work for you, send them a private message using this link.
