Have been billed 4 times for 2 phone numbers. how do I get 2 payments refunded?

Not Pending, the charges went thru to the CC company.

Not the issue, there was a glitch in the app and it charged us 4 times for 2 phone numbers.

do you see all 4 charges on the credit card?  check if 2 of them just pending charges

but if all 4 are real charges, ask PM and they can help

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

where do you see the duplicated charges?

if it is on the Payment history page, make sure you know that each renewal, there are 2 lines.  One lines show you PM charged you, the other line is how PM uses the money. So, 2 lines for one charge and not really 2 charges
