My wife and I have been with public mobile for a few years and unfortunately the signal strength has always been just one bar - I have an I phone 11 and my wife has a Huawei P30 lite. I checked the location of the towers close by on the map link below and we seem to be in a low signal strength zone which explains the weak signal. We live in a rural area in southern Ontario in the village of Kintore. Here is the map of the cell towers
Is there a way to boost the signal from public mobile in my home that actually does make a difference? I know there are devices online you can purchase that claim to boost a cellular signal but If people respond to this post and say they have tried them and they don't work, then it saves me from making the same mistake and wasting money.

@Les70: What plans do you and your wife have right now? Switching to a provider that supports WiFi calling may be the simpler/better solution for similar monthly cost.
I have no experience with cell boosters so can't recommend any, but I think you really have to test a few at your specific location to see which one works best. Amazon's 30 day return is great to have for such testing lol

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with you being on 3G or 4G or 5G as I'm not sure what plan you're on.
BTW, I HATE these with a passion. Amazon is horrible for suckering people into buying crap! Says it's a BEST SELLER and it only has 43 reviews. Don't fall for this crap.
This one is currently $199 with a $20 coupon click. Try it out. Worse case you have 30 days to trial and error with it and if it doesn't suit your needs or make the signal better, you can return it. With almost 2000 reviews, this seems to be the best one of them all. Plus it got a B on Fake Reviews so that helps too.
Please let us know how it works if you choose that one or if you do pick a different one, please let us know which one you purchase and your results. Sharing this information with other PM members helps.
