Change Plan on Renewal Didn't Happen

Hello.  I'm a little annoyed.  My request to change plans upon renewal didn't happen.  Now I need to pay extra this month.  Is there some way my account can be looked at and I can be refunded for the charge that I received to the lesser plan?

If that doesn't work, go into your browser settings and clear the history and cache. Then close the browser, wait a few moments and re open it. Then try to sign back in. Or you can always check the app on your phone if you've downloaded it.

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
