Officially, the the answer is no as these add-ons only include calling to: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

However, it's well known that calls to some other countries do work, particularly those listed in the paid international long distance add-on.

However,  there is a calling add-on which includes long distance calling to India and Pakistan.

none of the current 500 min LD packages include calling to Pakistan...but give it a try. Strange things happen in PM land.
