My mother in law just switched from PM to a competitor, however, she never kept her account info (Username, what email she used, password) Is there anyway at all she can retrieve this?
Aside from canceling the credit card number, what can be done so we can disconnect from Public Mobile?
She wants to try this new plan out, for the same price she was paying here, but she has international calling included.
Anyways, please let me know.
Thanks
Ryan

@SweeneyRG If she has successfully transferred the number to another provider then the Public Mobile account will be closed and not accessible. Public Mobile should not continue to charge for the plan.
