Hello Public Mobile -

I have purchased 300 International Long Distance Minutes and when I call the phone number they can hear me but I can't hear them. They then have called me back and we can hear each other fine. Please help.

Switching to 3G worked, thank you for your help 🙂

@itsajoke182 try reboot the phone once.

Also, not sure if your VoLTE was not working well, you can also try changing your network to 3G
