international call

i'm in ontario. I'm wondering while I'm in France ( with 300 International Minutes Add-On ) can I make phone call to my friends who live in Paris . I would also need to know if I can text or browse the internet while i'm in France.

For roaming in France, check out Orange prepaid sim. There are other companies too. Start with Orange, that's the one I remember, searching for that will lead to other options. SIMS and plans are inexpensive in Europe. Better if your friend can buy a sim card for you and you won't waste time finding a kiosk. Airport stores will have sim cards but costlier than waiting until you get into the town. You can have data only or data+voice+text.

HI @JL9 If the roaming option is there, it has its pros and cons.  Yes, it is costly, but some people doesn't mine, they want to be contact easily and they don't want to worry about finding the right data sim or forwarding calls , and of course those 2FA text

But I agree, if you want to save a bit and has lots of data, local Data is the answer

HI @CanDoThuNhi    There is no roaming service for PM other than USA.  You can buy Data sim locally.  Since you won't be getting calls text on your PM number when you are there, make sure you change the important 2FA to methods other than SMS.  Many people got into problem when they cannot access bank or email because of the 2FA with SMS

No roaming with PM other than the US. You'll have to buy a prepaid SIM while in France.

There is no service for PM in France, no roaming service.  You will have to check with local prepaid Data and maybe VoIP app for voice call

You can only use PM while in Canada or in the US with an add on plan. It will not work in France.
