Transfer my number to CTExcel

I want to transfer my PM number to CTExcel, and the transfer process has been initiated by the new provider. However, I have not received the transfer out confirmation message from public mobile, and I have waited for more than 6 hours. Can someone help me with that?

You only have 90 mins for pretty much any transfer and I think the text is almost instantaneous as well in most instances.

Porting SMS should arrive in a mater of minutes.

There is no way you have to wait 6 hours for such. And response from CTE is funny... are you to stay awake through the night waiting for PM's SMS?

If you have their support number, ask them to re-trigger porting request.

Porting into CTExcel. They didn't tell me about that and I don't if it is true.

HI @leiyang   are you porting into CTExcel or porting from?  I thought CTExcel is closing it's Canadian business.

Thank you. I asked CTExcel. They advise me to wait patiently. I am not sure when I can get the message. ALAS

@leiyang   Call CTExcel  and ask them to re-trigger the process
