I've been a PM customer for over 5 year now and have not made any changes to my account. Everything worked fine up until today.
The outgoing calls is fine but incoming call and text message no respond from last Saturday. Except my husband and my son can call me .So I dont know whats the problem If someone calls me I don't know. Could you please check it for me. How long should I wait for that can I credit back on this problem.

@kellyni if you have not done yet, please reboot phone first
If that does not help, try to change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only / WCDMA only and see if it works
