a factory reset on your iPhone will not affect your Public Mobile service. The service is tied to your SIM card or eSIM, not the phone's settings.
Your SIM will stay active after reset. Set up the phone as new or restore from backup. Your service will work fine. Contact CS_Agent if there are any issues.
Before Reset
Backup: Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Back Up Now (Wi-Fi needed).
Sign out iCloud/Find My: Settings > [Your Name] > Sign Out (keep data copy if wanted).
Note IMEI (*#06#) for any post-reset tweaks.
Do the Reset
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings > select Keep eSIM if prompted (preserves cellular).

Is that eSIM or physical sim?
If physical sim, nothing much to do other than make sure your device data is backed up to Cloud.
If you have eSIM, make sure before you wipe the phone, try using PM app to login twice. First tine use the 2FA code via sms. Then logout and login once more. But dont use the 2FA from SMS this time, Click Didn't receive code and Resend code and make sure you have choices of Send email or Send Voice Message. After you wipe the phone, you need to use PM app to buy the eSIM again
