hey! i saw you guys had an offer saying it was 34CAD a month with 60gb with it and i thought it was fantastic, i was previously on a 28$/25gb plan, and so when i decided to change plans, i wanted to finish my old plan first, so i thought  my new plan would be active once the month passes by, turns out it came way sooner than expected( like only after a day passed by) so if possible is it okay to refund me my plan of 28$ please🥹

PM is on a 30 day cycle and PM is a prepaid service but an CS_Agent may offer you a refund but no guarantee.

when did you last paid the old plan?  and you used Change Now? 

if you used Change now to make the plan change by mistake, but if today is still just day 1 or day 2 and you didn't use much data on your new plan, there is a very slight chance PM support agent can reverse the change, we seen that before.  

Contact PM support directly and ask.  Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@playstation5 did you make a plan change using Change Now instead of Change on Renewal?

If doz this is the expected behavior as Change Now means you agree to let PM to make an immediate plan change, unused days of the old plan would be forfeited without partial refund
