I key in wrong sim card #,
now i m with my plan phone number and when i used my other phone to call my new plan#,i even have my new voice mail box #, but i cannot dial out,
i am thinking of cancel my phone service, last night, i must be 2 tired and my eyes no good.

dont cancel your plan yet, give PM a direct message and they should be able to help you sort it out. but if you cancel, they wont be able to do anything. You can message a customer service agent here:
