EDIT: looking at those dates...do you have more than one account with Public Mobile??

 

Is this transaction listed as a PENDING transaction or an AUTHORIZED one?

 

Indeed, if this was an AUTHORIZED charge, go back with this information to the Customer Support Team.

And, also ensure all rewards were or will be provided to you for any past renewals you can provide proof on.
