@hovsep Did you just activate? If so and you are porting in your number just be patient as it can take anywhere from 1-4 hours for the porting process to complete.
Meanwhile try rebooting your phone over the next couple of hours. You can also try powering off your phone, remove SIM, wait a few mins and reinsert SIM and restart your phone.
You can carry on using your old SIM until it stops.

Can you give some more information? Did you just activate?
Is your phone unlocked? Did you try rebooting your phone? Reset network settings?
