@gph22 Make sure data is turned on and that APN Type contains mms if you are using an Android device.
If you have an old iPhone then it won't work.

You may need to configure the APN settings as follows
https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
Restart phone after changes.
Enable data on your phone.

For picture messaging, you need to have data turned on and set up properly. Does your data work?
