@rajseetaram This is mostly a self serve carrier. You would have had to open an account with email address in order to start using Public Mobile (PM). If you're saying you've lost access to the email then as stated below you'll need to contact the online customer service agent to help you get access or provide you with the account number. Presumably you're wanting to port out your number and require this account.

Contac agent to assist you. But it is very beneficial to have on-line account as you can do a lot of through self-serving system.

@rajseetaram you might be able to find it from the Welcome email, check your inbox
If you are looking for the number for porting, you can try to use IMEI as the porting info instead of account number
if you want to get account number instead, please open ticket with PM Support
