While waiting for an agent to assist you look through your email accounts for the welcome message from Public Mobile. Once you find the correct account try using Forgot my password in self service.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

If you cannot use the Forgot Password feature because you cannot recall the e-mail address or no longer have access to the e-mail account, contact a CSA to regain account access and possibly change your e-mail address if that needs to occur.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
