Hello, and thank you for taking the time to help me.
I received a new credit card and would like to switch to the new one, but I am having difficulty doing so. Please help me locate where on the app I should go to find the current credit card numbers in order to change them.
Thanks again for your time.

Yes, I know and I appreciate your dedication.
I hope PM management will listen to somebody one time as this is really bad for their image.

Don't you think it is shameful and embarrassing and Extremely unprofessional for a company to have issue with ACCEPTING payments from its customers??? They WANT to pay but cannot.
How many times I see customers have issue updating their credit card info?! I gave up answering those posts as any of our support is Useless and only agents can resolve it.
Why don't you - Oracles - raise an issue with all might management to once and for all resolve this issue and STOP with embarrassment?
Loyal customers (particularly those with enough rewards so its service cost peanuts or close to nothing) might tolerate and find a way around to update CC once in a few years when new card arrives.
But NEW customers will and ARE very pissed off and will leave and spread a bad word about PM and Telus in general. Do you really want monopolies like Bell and Rogers to handle all mobile service in Canada? I do NOT!

Hello @lilmamaKat
Here is how to change it on the website. First, because this website is known to have cache issues, go to your browser settings and clear the cache and restart the browser. Log back in and do this.
How to change your credit card number
First and foremost, if you are changing your credit card information, you need to add every piece of information about the credit card like it was your first time. Even if it’s already auto filled, do it anyway.
When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.
On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.
Then click on Manage Payment Method and remember, change and edit everything even if it’s already auto filled.

How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.
Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments
The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.
The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.
There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.
