i need to cancel account, i didn't have esim compatibility, so have to start another account, how to do i cancel this one?

@Nathan26 Another option for getting a physical sim card is to call a Telus/Koodo corporate store if you have one nearby, and see if they have any Public Mobile sims in stock. The slowest way would likely be to buy it from Public Mobile. Once you have the sim card just use that on the account you already set up - you may need customer service to switch it from esim to physical sim since you originally selected esim. If so submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

You shouldn't haft to cancel the account. Just buy sim card. Amazon is the fastest way to get one

- Port to another provider
- Declare phone lost/stolen. After 90+ days of no pay your account will be deleted
- Go to Payments. Toggle 'Subscribed' to off. After 90+ days of no pay your account will be deleted
