Public Mobile has access to absolutely the largest, fastest & most robust network in Canada and that Network is called Bellus's LTE/LTE+/HSPA/HSPA+ Network. So take your guess what the Network is like in Richmond BC. However Keep in mind Location is everything so they may or may not have access to What I said in the Beginning. Another thing to keep in mind is Public Mobile doesn't have access to VoLTE. Other than that you or your Friends would be on the most Robust Network in Canada
